Round and polished, marked by ripe fruit like redcurrant and blackcurrant in the palate. Lifted aromatic blueberry fruit and tea leafs, bright and fruity with a crunchy tannic finish. Very smooth and pleasant.

Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with maceration.
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Goes well with red or white grilled meat.
