Lemon fruit notes with vegetal scents giving nerve to the aromatic set. The taste is full where the minerality is the highlight, with citrus fruits arising again significantly, firm acidity without excesses, a fairly comprehensive white wine, balanced and broad with good Bucelas character.
Prefermentative cold skin contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation at 14ºC for 25 days.
After fermentation, the wine was kept in a tank for 3 months with batonage.
Serve between 10 and 12ºC.
Goes well as a starter, seafood, grilled fish and cold dishes (salads).
