Performing greatly in the aroma, it outspeaks the ripe black fruit with a light menthol and subtle floral notes, all telling us that we have a red ready to drink. The perfectly balanced fruit, acidity and tannins turns it into an elegant and well-shaped wine with an obvious culinary prowess.

Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC.

“Feito de Touriga Nacional e Syrah. Muito bem no aroma, franco na fruta, subtil nas notas florais e tudo a dizer-nos que temos um tinto para ser consumido desde já. A boca confirma a facilidade de prova, taninos macios e boa acidez a isso ajudam. Não requer guarda e tem evidente aptidão gastronómica.”
