The nose is dominated by red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant. The mouth is lovely and impertinent, marked by a pleasant feeling of freshness marked by a harmonious acidity perfectly fitted with the fruit found in the aroma.

After destalking, the grapes stay in cold skin contact for 6 hours.
The free run juice is carefully fermented at 14ºC for 15 days.
Serve between 10 and 12ºC.
