Tinta Roriz is a true Iberian grape variety, with a fascinating history dating back to the Phoenicians, 1000 BC. Tis grape variety is unique in the Dão region and only reaches its full splendour in certain years, combining elegance and liveliness with the mastery of the winemaker.

Cold maceration for 2 to 3 days to enrich primary aromas, inoculation with yeasts and fermentation at 25˚C with delestage for 10 days.
Serve between 16 to 18ºC.
Ideally suited to game meat, roast and grilled red meat, cheese and charcuterie.
