Young aroma, a little earth style, with ripe red fruit and floral. Soft, simple and slightly spicy with soft projections and light sweetness. In tasting with a greatly designed acidity, good tannins, generous fruit like juicy dark berries, direct and with a persistent finish.

Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with maceration.
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Goes well with red meat or medium-strength cheeses.
