Alfrocheiro is a difficult , capricious variety. Always great in a blend, but a variety that shines on its own, especially when made by knowledgeable hands. This Alfrocheiro, rich in color is a prime example of the winemaker's mastery and his respect for the terroir and unique characteristics of this variety.
Cold contact of grapes for 3 days, fermentation at 24ºC with gentle maceration to extract the maximum potential from the grape variety .
Serve between 16 and 18ºC. Goes well with matured red meat, grilled or in the oven.
